Constitute the batch
Grade, subject and board; the days and the hour; the monthly fee. Four selections, no typing. A Google Meet room, a calendar schedule and a public page for the batch are created at once.
Publish one link
Families open the batch page in their browser, read the schedule, the fee and the terms, and request admission. The teacher admits each student with a single confirmation.
Teach
Reminders are sent, class links open when the month is settled, attendance is recorded from Google Meet, and each Sunday a factual account of the week reaches every parent.
The teacher governs the classroom. The platform keeps the office.
The student's class button remains closed until the fee is recorded. There is nothing to chase and nothing to explain.
A free Chrome extension notes who joined and when, and drafts the minutes of the class. Offline batches are marked in a single tap.
Sessions are placed in Google Calendar as private invitations. A cancellation or holiday updates every calendar and informs every family.

What follows when a teacher sends you a link.
The teacher's name, the timetable, the monthly fee, the trial class and the refund terms are set out on one page, before any commitment.
The class button appears on the student's page shortly before each session. There are no links to search for and none that expire.
Sessions held and attended, topics covered, homework set, tests taken, the next fee date. Nothing is inferred and nothing is embellished; a quiet week is reported as one.

TeachRepublic takes no subscription and no share of any fee. This is not an introductory arrangement; it is a consequence of how the platform is made.
Families pay the teacher directly by . There is no payment gateway, and therefore no charge to recover.
Hosting, database, scheduled work and mail each operate on their provider's free plan, and the platform was engineered from the outset to remain within those limits for several hundred teachers.
Nothing a teacher writes, records or tests is licensed, resold or used to train anything. There is no premium tier because there is nothing to withhold.
If a large academy one day requires capacity beyond the free tiers, an optional plan will be offered to it, announced a year in advance. The independent teacher's use will remain without charge.

Payments
Every payment page carries the teacher's verified name and . Families pay the teacher and no one else, and should pay only to the identifier shown on that page.
Children's data
The platform holds what a class requires and no more: a name, a batch, attendance, and one parent contact for the weekly report. There is no advertising, no profiling and no sale of data.

Is particular equipment required?
No. A telephone on a stand, directed at a notebook, sharing video on Google Meet, is a complete classroom. The platform concerns itself with everything around the lesson, not the lesson.
Must parents download anything?
No. The batch page, the payment page, the class button and the weekly report all open in the browser from a link. A student signs in with Google once so that the class page remembers them.
How does a fee reach the teacher?
What if a parent has paid but the teacher has not yet recorded it?
The parent may enter the on the payment page. The class opens immediately and the teacher sees a note to confirm. A child's attendance never waits on the teacher's bookkeeping.
What does the Sunday report contain?
Only what occurred: sessions held and attended, topics covered, homework set, tests taken, and the next fee date. A week with no classes is reported as such. Progress is never generated.
May the teacher review reports before they are sent?
Yes. With review enabled, each Sunday's reports wait for the teacher's confirmation before dispatch.
What, precisely, does the Chrome extension do?
During a Google Meet class it records who joined and when, and drafts the minutes. It runs only on meet.google.com and only while the teacher is in class; transcription may be disabled for any batch.
Does the platform serve both India and the United States?
Yes. The region is chosen once and everything follows from it: UPI, rupees and the CBSE, ICSE and State boards in India; Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal, dollars and Common Core or AP in the United States. Time zones and the hour of the Sunday report follow the teacher's location.
